Letter of Good Standing

Some jurisdictions will also require a Letter of Good Standing. These letters are on official TOGE letterhead, are notarized, bear live TOGE signatures and our embossed non-profit corporate seal. They contain all the legal information you will require, and are valid for a period of three months from date of issue. Even if the jurisdiction does not require a Letter of Good Standing, keeping one with you is good practice and will serve as additional proof of your authority should the couple, or clerk, wish to verify.

Please review the legal spelling of your name upon receipt. It must be correct. If the jurisdiction requires the letter to be for fewer than 90-days, we will absolutely accommodate that request, let us know. We are here to help!
