The Temple of the Groovy Eye (“TOGE”) respects your privacy. To the extent that you provide TOGE with personal information (“PI”), we will employ reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures to safeguard its security, and will not use it, process it, transfer it, sell it, or share it for any purpose other than (i) as required by your direct dealings with TOGE, or (ii) as otherwise required by law. To the extent required by law, TOGE will use its best efforts to notify you in advance of disclosure.
To the extent that TOGE maintains a public directory of ordained members, your PI will be included only upon your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
TOGE takes children’s privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors (children under 13 years of age, or any other age defined under applicable law). If we become aware that a minor is attempting to or has submitted personal data via our website, we will notify the user that we may not accept his or her personal data. We will then remove any such personal from our records.
Except as limited by law, TOGE reserves the right to makes changes to this Privacy Statement. If we materially change our activities, we will revise this Privacy Statement to reflect such changes. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Statement in order to stay informed of how we are using and protecting your personal data.
